Amateur Athlete Skate Shop and our story.
Amateur Athlete started in downtown Bethlehem right near the now defunct Boyd Theater. For a few years that's wear our home base was. The product we had was always quality and locals learned that AA was the place to go for quality footwear apparel and more. A few years after opening at the board theater we out grew things at that location and were looking for something bugger!
In time, Amateur Athlete relocated once more - this time towards the front of Westgate Mall - as the need for larger premises became apparent once again. Throughout all these changes, however, one thing remained constant: the commitment of Amateur Athlete’s owners and staff to stay true to their core values and lifestyle ethos no matter what trends or styles were popular at any given moment.
This dedication has seen Amateur Athlete grow over the years despite any challenges they may face along the way; they remain determined that their customers should always have access to whatever gear they need with knowledge and service that can’t be beat!
Amateur Athlete skate shop Has added a new chapter to our story. After a long 36 year stint we have been forced out of our long time home at the Westgate Mall. Our new diggs are now Located at 2110 W Union Blvd Bethlehem 1.3 miles away from our Westgate spot. With a new and improved look and same great selection, we can't wait for our supporters to stop in and check out our New and improved location.
New Location
New Beginnings have started at our new Location. Still very close to our Westgate store. Our New 2110 W Union Blvd Bethlehem PA 18018 shop is up and running. With new life we updated the look of our shop, but kept the huge selection of goods. Same familiar faces but in a new, cleaner, bigger, better spot. We are firm believers that things happen for a reason. And we hope you stop by to check out our new spot. The streak now continues at our new spot. The best skate shop in Bethlehem Pa is something we take seriously.With many years under our belt and many more to come. Supporting the community through events, holiday complete skateboards gifting and many other avenues is important to us.
